One Page Statement/Proposal 2. One Page Checklist 3. A Resume/Exhibition List 4. Three Reviews of Your Work (see Document Format tab, top left, for example) Followed by 9 submission attachments - images/videos of your work (a New Media playlist link is allowed) Winners must produce all new work expressly for debut at MOCA GA
